The Seventh Sin Coloured Competition Plates offer high performance at an economical price point.
Our Coloured Competition Plates are an IWF standard 450MM in diameter, with chrome-plated steel disc inserts and a 50.40MM collar made to fit a standard Olympic Barbell, these plates will withstand the abuse of a rigorous routine.

Proper Use:
The 5kg plates are not designed to be dropped when doing strength training above the hip, unless they are combined with heavier weight such as 10kg, 15kg, 20kg and 25kg. Dropping the 5kg plates above the hip may cause cracking and/or breaking. Failure to use under these guidelines will void the product warranty.
